STOCK buyers and graziers from across SA  imroved their skills at the 2010 SA Beef Assessment School in Lucindale.
Eighty-four attended the two-day school which included a dinner cooked by TV chef Simon Bryant from “The Cook and the Chef” and a live cattle dissection in the Distritc War Memorial Hall.
