NARACOORTE Lucindale Council has elected Cr John Flynn as its new deputy mayor for the coming 12 months.
Hewas the sole nomination at the December monthly council meeting and was elected unopposed to succeed Cr Ann Bell.
Meanwhile, the same meeting had four unopposed elections for the presiding members of key sub-committees.
They will be held by Cr Flynn (planning and environmental services), Cr Craig McGuire (community services), Cr Toby Robinson (operations and technical services) and Cr Damien Ross (corporate services committee).
