Police pulled over the 17-year-old from Coromandel Valley - who told them he was in town visiting friends and family - on Cedar Ave, Naracoorte, at 9.40pm on May 10.
As a result he was arrested and charged with a nunber offences including being in possession of ammunition in his vehicle, being in possession of articles used for graffiti and being in possession of a cannabis pipe.
