IT'S time to dig out that outlandishly bright shirt that's been relegated to the bottom of the closet for the past 12 months.
October 18 is Loud Shirt Day - a time to dress in crazy pattern and outrageous colour for a good cause.
The event is a fundraiser for deaf children and their families.
A special morning tea is being held at Settlers Cafe in Naracoorte from 10am to 12noon on October 31.
Entry is a gold coin donation.
Prizes will be awarded to the best/loudest dressed, there will be a silent auction and a raffle.
Auction items include a spray tan voucher, meat pack voucher, dinner for two, jet pilot towel, RM Williams hat, a beauty pack and much more.
Everyone is invited to come along in their loudest shirt or costume for some fun.
Bring a friend or get a group together - you might even be lucky enough to win a prize.
Morning tea is at guests' own cost and children are welcome.
There will also be a sausage sizzle out the front of Woolworths from 10am to 3pm on October 20.
All money raised from both events will go directly to the Cora Barclay Centre in Adelaide.
