TWO drivers will face court after being stopped and charged with drink driving by Penola police.
One man, a 45-year-old of no fixed abode, will appear in the Mount Gambier Magistrates Court after being stopped about 10am on Friday on Riddoch Hwy at Nangwarry.
Police will allege the man was driving despite being disqualified in Victoria.
In addition to being charged with drink driving (0.208) and driving while disqualified, his vehicle was impounded for 28 days and his licence disqualified for 12 months.
In the second case a Penola man, 41, was charged with drink driving after police allegedly noticed a vehicle being driven in an erratic manner on Clarke St about 10am on Saturday.
In addition to being charged with drink driving (0.170) the accused was issued with an immediate 12-month disqualification from driving and had his vehicle impounded for 28 days.
He is expected to appear in the Millicent Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
