KNTFL finals teams released

THE team selections for this weekend's A grade and reserves KNTFL football finals matches have been released.

All roads will lead to Bordertown for the qualifying finals on Saturday, while the focus will shift to the coast on Sunday when Kingston hosts the elimination finals.

Check the Herald website for score updates throughout both days, as well as photo galleries with hundreds of photos from all the footy and netball action.

In the team selections printed in the league's weekly publication the Budget, both Penola and Mundulla have named settled sides.

Penola has made two changes, bringing in goalkicker Ryan Smyth and midfielder Joel Ransom, while injured ruckman Will Banton will miss and Alex Moore is also out.

Mundulla remains unchanged. The Moots have named Lachlan Duell at full back, giving him first crack at stopping Penola's century goalkicker and coach Adam Merrett.

Mundulla will play Bordertown in the reserves qualifying final for the right to play Penola in the second semi-final.

The under-siege Kaniva/Leeor United has swung the changes in an attempt to reverse last week's meek loss to this Sunday's opponent, Bordertown.

If their team selections are accurate, K/L United will have back dynamic utility James Turner as well as on-baller Paul Adlington, while promising locals Alex Brown, Jesse Salt and Liam Vivian have also been included.

The outs are Josh Larocca, Jonty Brown, Todd Dickinson and senior colt Scott Little.

Bordertown has also made a few changes to the side that beat K/L United by 115 points last weekend, bringing back key ruckman Rory Tink, key forward Aaron Day and midfielder Maddy Hayes.

Interleague player Jed Jarrett, Todd Watson and Jerry Vunitabua have been names as outs.
