TWO men have been arrested after a long-distance car chase involving a car-jacking which passed through Naracoorte.
Media outlets reported that the drama started in Mount Gambier early Thursday afternoon and involved several cars and a number of police pursuits as the offenders wound their way to Adelaide, stealing and abandoning vehicles as they went.
One of the vehicles was stolen in Adelaide while a female occupant was still in the car. She was released a short time later.
The two men were arrested separately in Adelaide and are facing a number of charges.
