What a show!

THE Penola Show proved to be as popular as ever last weekend with about 1000 people streaming through the gates.

Opened by the Governor of SA, Rear Admiral Kevin Scarce, the annual event was a hit with the local and wider community.

The Friday night kicked off with Little Athletics "come and try" activities on the oval before a CFS display, hotted-up chainsaw races, Xtreme Trials Show motorcycle stuntman Adrian Harry and fireworks.

Saturday featured live music from Kevin Sporer, the Funtime Puppet Theatre and Show 'n' Shine car competition, as well as plenty of hall and trade displays.
