This year’s Penola Stuffed Santa awards were a tough call, with the first place prize going to Murray Country Cottages.
The giant Santa, reaching the height of over 5m, was participating in the hobby of the popular Australian sport, cricket.
In second place, Majella Wines took home the prize with their popular hay Santa, whose hobby was knitting with his own personal sheep.
Last year’s winners, the Lambert family, took home third prize this year, with their fishing Santa and reindeers.
Penola and Coonawarra had a wonderful display this season, with the competition gaining more and more excitement as the years go on.
