Christmas Eve in the Town Hall a resounding success

On Christmas Eve the Naracoorte Lutheran Church presented the “Christmas Story”, performed by the Sunday School children.

The Christmas Story was held in the Town Hall, as it has been for some years now.

A good roll up of over 200 people enjoyed seeing and hearing the Christmas Story, this year seen largely through the eyes of the Wise Men’s wives.

The scene was set in the “Beth Lamb Hem” Bistro, where the wives nattered amongst themselves while the husbands were on their way to find the Baby Jesus.

The performance was interspersed with some carol singing and concluded with a short address by Pastor Greg Vangsness, giving people a message that Christmas should not just pass us by, but that Jesus was born to bring peace to all people.
