Kybybolite Football Club has parted ways with coach Tim Leehane after just two rounds of the 2018 KNTFL season.
The club made the decision at a meeting on Tuesday night.
In a statement, it said: “The Kybybolite Football Club wishes to announce that it has parted ways with A grade coach Tim Leehane. We thank Tim for his commitment for the past 2 and a half seasons.
“The club is now in the process of appointing a coach for the remainder of the 2018 season.”
Kyby made the grand final in Leehane’s first season as coach in 2016, but lost to Penola, and finished fifth in 2017, knocked out by eventual premiers Lucindale in an elimination final.
The Tigers have lost both of their first two games of the 2018 season.
They are due to play Mundulla at Mundulla in round 3 this Saturday.
NOTE: Long-time Kyby A grade player Tom Cooper has been appointed playing coach of the Tigers for the remainder of the 2018 season
