Good Country Physiotherapy invites all tradies to join us for “Healthy Breakfast and Stretches” on Tuesday August 21 from 7-8am in the Naracoorte Town Square.

The event is free, but RSVPs are needed by Friday August 17 for catering purposes. To register your interest in the event call 8762 1515.

The event is also sponsored by the Naracoorte Lucindale Council, Kalv & Co, The Veg Shed, Magic Earth, and Blue Lake Milling.

August is Tradies National Health Month – the aim is to raise awareness of the risks posed to those who work in trade occupations, among individuals, their families, employers and the wider community.

Tradies only make up 30% of the Australian workforce, yet three out of five serious workplace injuries involve a tradie.

The Australian Physiotherapy Association is encouraging all tradies, their employers and families to think about their health and take a few simple steps to prioritise their wellbeing at work.
