It was rugby finals time for the Limestone Coast Rugby League Association on Saturday with four teams competing in two amazing games.

Mount Gambier Knights took on the Warrnambool Raiders and despite putting up a strong fight, the Raiders stayed in the lead for the length of the game, putting them into the upcoming grand final.

The Horsham Panthers also held a juniors match of touch in the break between the two semi finals.

It was great to see so many young people enjoying the game and giving it a good go.

The Naracoorte Jets then took on the Gunditjmara Bulls for the final spot in this week’s grand final.

Both teams played a strong and competitive game against one another with the final score of 42-10 having the Jets win their way into the final.

This Saturday, the grand final will be held at Deakin University in Warrnambool.

It is going to be an action packed, hard and exhilarating game of rugby as the Jets will be taking on the Raiders for the second year in a row.

Having these two teams play against each other yet again is not a game to be missed as last year’s game had spectators on the edge of their seats.

It has been a fantastic season the year, with all five teams coming in strong and have worked extremely hard to get where they are.

The Naracoorte Jets team is happy with this season and everyone is looking forward to the grand final game this weekend.
