Jump into Health holding seminars in Naracoorte
HEALTH SEMINAR: Don Sforcina, who has been hosting these seminars for more than two decades.
Jump into Health is a series of seminars by lifestyle coaches Don and Aileen Sforcina. They will be holding them in Naracoorte's Kincraig Plaza from February 27 to March 17.
Jump into Health will be covering topics such as reprogramming your DNA for optimum health in regards to preventing sickness (including cancer) and reversing lifestyle diseases such as Type 2 diabetes and heart disease. There will also be seminars on preventing burnout, managing your weight, and nutrition.
The first seminar is free and will be held on Wednesday February 27 at Shop 1A (opposite Woolworths) in the Kincraig Plaza, 26 Robertson Street, Naracoorte. There will be two sessions to choose from: the first at 1pm, and the second at 6.30pm.
Each session goes for two hours. Sessions are designed to be fun and interactive.
The program is as follows:
Seminar Two: Thursday February 28, Reprogram your DNA by what you eat.
Seminar Three: Wednesday March 6, Reprogram your DNA by what you do.
Seminar Four: Thursday March 7, Reprogram your DNA by what you think.
Seminar Five: Wednesday March 13, Reprogram your DNA to prevent cancer.
Seminar Six: Thursday March 14, Reprogram your DNA with super foods.
Seminar Seven: Sunday March 17 at 6pm at Gather On Gordon, Reprogram your DNA for longevity.
The seventh seminar includes a graduation ceremony and dinner at Gather on Gordon (85-87 Gordon Street).
Each seminar is $5 per person or $10 for a family.
Jump into Health have said that they're not about selling a product. It is a not-for-profit community program which is being sponsored by the Naracoorte Seventh-day Adventist Church and supported by local volunteers.
Don Sforcina has been presenting these seminars for 24 years, and was in Naracoorte 12 years ago. There may be some locals who remember Don the first time and would like to come back.
