Naracoorte Town Square was full of colour and music this morning, as all the local school children joined in for Harmony Day celebrations.
There was plenty of singing and dancing as the town celebrated Harmony Day, which is a celebration of inclusiveness, respect and belonging for all Australians, regardless of cultural or linguistic background, united by a set of core Australian values.
The fun continues tonight, with a Wish Festival being held at the Swimming lake from 6pm to 8pm.
There will be free entertainment by local performers and tasting plates by multicultural groups. The swimming Lake kiosk will also be open and major event sponsor Teys will provide a barbecue.
