Naracoorte Lucindale Council is seeking community feedback on the Draft Communication and Engagement Strategy 2021-2026.

Council endorsed releasing the Draft Strategy for community feedback at its 27 July 2021 Monthly Council Meeting.

For the next five years, the Strategy sets out Council's commitment to clear and transparent communication with internal and external audiences as well as establishing a foundation in the way in which Council engages with the community and other stakeholders by:

  • Increasing community awareness
  • Maximising community engagement
  • Promoting the brand and reputation of Council
  • Making best use of resources and tools available to Council
  • Providing consistency across communications
  • Supporting effective internal communications

The draft Communication and Engagement Strategy is available at https://yoursay.naracoortelucindale.sa.gov.au/nlc-communication-framework or hard copies are available on request from the Council Office at DeGaris Place, Naracoorte.

Feedback can be provided via the online feedback form on the Your Say page. Alternatively the form can be downloaded from the page and mailed or returned in person to Council Offices.

There is the opportunity to attend a 1-1 meeting or have a phone chat with a Council staff member if members of the public would like to give feedback in a different way.

Please contact 08 87601100 or email council@nlc.sa.gov.au to arrange an appointment.

Public consultation on the Strategy will close on Wednesday 18 August 2021.
